At CashewTalks, we ensure fast and reliable delivery of our premium cashew products across Sri Lanka. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or holidays.

3. Shipping Coverage
  • We currently offer local delivery within Sri Lanka only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delays & Issues
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info.cashewtalks@gmail.com for assistance.
  • CashewTalks is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and email us immediately at info.cashewtalks@gmail.com.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your courier or local office. If it is still missing, contact us for support.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages but will assist in filing a claim with the courier.

7. Changes & Cancellations
  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
