Refund policy

At CashewTalks, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Returns
  • You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with tags.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info.cashewtalks@gmail.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back.
Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately at info.cashewtalks@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift boxes or promotional bundles
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, or perishable food items)
  • Sale items & gift cards

Exchanges

For a quick replacement, return the original item and place a new order after approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary based on your bank.
